Expand the genetic base of blueberry breeding

We are actively making new crosses, creating and integrating new germplasm into our breeding program to improve the productivity and resilience of blueberry plants.   We are also seeking to increase the efficiency of interspecific crosses through in vitro ploidy induction which is one of the research objective our MS student Emily Walter.
